A Mutual Fund Distributor is an AMFI-registered intermediary that helps you invest in mutual funds. Unlike banks, which may push their own products, Shinrai Capital provides unbiased recommendations across 40+ AMCs. We are regulated by SEBI and AMFI, and we disclose all commissions transparently.

No! As a mutual fund distributor, Shinrai Capital earns a small trail commission from the AMCs — paid out of the expense ratio of the fund. You do not pay us anything directly. This means our services — including advisory, portfolio review, and ongoing support — come at zero direct cost to you.

You can start a SIP with as little as ₹500 per month. Lump-sum investments typically require a minimum of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 depending on the fund. There is no upper limit.

Shinrai Capital is a distributor — we do not hold your money. All investments are made directly with the AMC (e.g., SBI MF, HDFC AMC) in your name. Your funds are held by the fund's custodian and are completely separate from Shinrai Capital's assets. Shinrai Capital is SEBI-registered and AMFI-certified.

Redemption is straightforward. You can submit a redemption request through us, and the proceeds are credited to your registered bank account within 1–3 working days (T+1 for liquid/debt, T+3 for equity funds). There are no redemption charges after the lock-in/exit load period.
